Shipping Policy
Thanks for shopping with DailyPaw. We want every order to land on your doorstep as quickly and smoothly as possible — here's exactly what to expect.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate after you receive the email.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery takes 5–9 business days from the date your order is dispatched.
During busier periods — public holidays, seasonal peaks, sales events, or unexpected carrier delays — delivery may take slightly longer. We'll always do our best to keep things moving and will let you know if anything changes with your order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer free shipping on orders over a set threshold — see your cart for the latest offer.
Tracking Your Order
Every order ships with full tracking. You can check your delivery status anytime using the link in your shipment confirmation email.
If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 5 business days, please reach out to us at support@daily-paw.com and we'll look into it for you straight away.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, please contact us at support@daily-paw.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
In the rare case a package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbours, building managers, or anywhere a parcel could have been left safely
- Wait 48 hours — carriers sometimes scan packages as "delivered" before they actually arrive
- Contact us if it still hasn't shown up and we'll help resolve it
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to redirect orders once they've been dispatched, and orders returned due to an incorrect address may incur a re-shipping fee.
If you spot an error immediately after placing your order, email us at support@daily-paw.com within 2 hours and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.
